Friday, juni 29th

Thirty something guy with Le Coq Sportif 'sneakers', plain washed blue denim jeans and printed Jack&Jones t-shirt (owww really...your mother honestly didn't buy that for you?) asks me:

'I have a jeans at home, I want the exact same one, do you have it?'

 Me: 'maybe..do you remember the model name of the jeans?'

Guy: 'No I don't'

Me: 'Ok...can you tell me what kind of model it is? Is it a bootcut model or maybe a skinny or a straight fit?'  

Guy: 'I don't know'

Me: 'What kind of color is the jeans? Dark of light?'

 Guy: I don't know...but do you have it??'

AAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!

One For The Books

Berlin was da bomb!! Seriously. What a great trip!

I'm still too tired to think straight. So writing is kind of impossible in this state of mind.

Why So Serious?

 

I love this style. Playful, Edgy and a little bit daring. Just not too serious. 

I think fashion and finding your own style should be fun. I mean, what's more boring than wearing stuff simply because everybody's wearing it? I guess I'm just a little bit allergic to people who only dress by 'the rules' (which are really boring I can tell you that) and criticize the ones who don't. 

I mean: we should jump in our battleships and go fight boredom! Woehoe! 

Ok..that might be a little over excited..But then again, how much fun would that be?

Shoes:Vans

Ok..I bought another pair of Vans this week. I think this is my 8th pair so far.

I'm I ever going to stop buying them? I'm afraid the answer on this question is: NO.

Today I had to work and I realised (not for the first time) how weird and sometimes funny costumers are. They live in their own little 'I have to buy stuff or I'm gonna go completely mad' world and most of the time they don't even have a clue of what they're saying or doing. A lot of their actions or questions are just hilarious. So therefore I decided to share some of them with you guys. I mean, it would be quite selfish of me not to.

Saturday, june 16th

Big Russian guy screaming from outside the store to me: 'Do you know where the D&G Store is?' A little Mexican guy comes out of nowhere and asks me: 'Is the Russian guy searching for a toilet?'' Me: 'No, he was asking me where the D&G store is.' Mexican guy: 'Ow ok, because I know a toilet nearby..'

CRICKETS....

Shorthaired German lady at the cashdeck: 'we're travelling by airplane, can you please give me a fat free refund?'

SOMEPINK TO DO

My mind is fickle today. Just like the weather I guess. Or maybe because of the weather.
I'm being unproductive as hell. It's almost two pm and I'm still in my sweatpants, my hair is fuzzy and I'm wearing no make-up at all. Not really charming.

There are many things I could (to be honest HAVE TO) do today. But the only things I have done till now, is wandering around in my appartment, sitting in my bed and gazing out of my window.
I really need to get up and do shit..but for some reason,it's just not happening today.

So I guess there's only one option for me: just enjoy doing nothing.
Enjoy laying in my bed, enjoy my big fat cup of tea and enjoy all this pink cuteness.
Cause time you enjoy wasting, is not wasted time.

Today I decided to start a new blog. I deleted all my old posts, time for a brand new start.
But to start again from scratch..I discoverd it's harder than I thought it would be.
Some of you already know me a little bit. But some of you don't.
Therefore, a quick introduction of myself. My name is Flo and I work and live in Amsterdam.
I love dancing, green tea, holding hands, leopard prints, sushi, denim, japanese toys, pink nail polish, messy hair, music, shopping, love bites, movie nights, ice cream, pancakes, cuddling, gin tonic, vans, hot showers, sunglasses, diner with friends, tattoos and midnight writing sessions.

From now on I will blog as much as I can about me and the things I love in life.
